ZoomBrowser EX 4.0.2 Update
ZoomBrowser EX, a Canon imaging software application, has been updated to Version 4.0.2. The functionality, interface and performance of ZoomBrowser EX 4.0.2 has been improved compared to earlier versions of the program, and we wish to encourage customers who have already installed ZoomBrowser EX from Version 2.x to Version 3.x to update their software free of charge.

Canon has discovered an incompatibility between ZoomBrowser EX v4.0.0 and v4.0.1 software, which is bundled with the PowerShot G3, PowerShot S45, PowerShot S230 and EOS-1Ds cameras and some personal computers. The ZoomBrowser EX 4.0.2 Patch is being made available to correct this incompatibility. On some personal computers, using the program's zoom function to make a folder larger or smaller in the program's browser area, will force the computer to restart, shutdown or lock up.
