Das ganze sollte einen stutzig machen und mal bei Google suchen lassen, dann findet sich folgendes bei den Fraudwatchers.

Nennt sich Overpayment Scram, sprich man bekommt wohl nen ungedeckten Scheck und soll dann die Differenz zurücküberweisen…

Und hier nun meine eigene Antwort hierauf, wo hier der Betrug drin steckt. Es wird einem angeboten, zunächst ein paar tausend zu erhalten, dann nach London zu kommen, den Job zu machen und dann den Rest von noch mehr zu beziehen. Hat man den Scheck eingereicht, wird man plötzlich aufgefodert, von dem Geld doch erst rd. 80% (was zunächst die ersten paar tausend waren) per Western Union an eine bestimmte Person in London zurück zu senden, und wenn das angekommen sei, soll der Job los gehen - doch glaubt mir, in London wird niemand sein !

Hier die Mail, die ich erhalten und mit BCC an meine Bank und der Polizei geantwortet habe :

wenn ich mich nicht irre, ist das im Prinzip die selbe Methode die die sog. "Nigeria-Connection/Mafia" anwendet, falls es um den Verkauf von irgendwelchen Dingen über diverse Verkaufsplattformen im Internet geht
